Scott Walton, EMS Pilot

Scott Walton, 46, Care Flight, died in the line of duty in an air medical accident. Receiving multiple “Employee of the Month” awards as a pilot and flight instructor, Scott continued his joy of serving others as a Guardian Flight pilot. He had a passion to fly and took his path to aviation following the steps of his grandfather, who flew B-24 bombers in World War II. Scott often volunteered for his church and had a passion for helping those in need. As a dedicated father and husband, he made ordinary moments special. Scott lit up a room and made everyone feel at ease, no matter what the situation. He participated in hockey, NROTC, and flight club in his younger years.
