Jose “Joe” Cepeda, 23, Victorious Care Ambulance, died in the line of duty due to an ambulance accident. Following the path to serve the community and help others, Jose worked as an EMT and was a firefighter with the Zapata County Fire Department. A son, brother, and uncle, Joe will be missed by his many family members and friends.
