Gregory Gelsinger, 63, Tower Health, died in the line of duty due to COVID. He discovered his love of emergency services while serving in the Delaware Wing Civil Air Patrol as a youth, which laid the foundation for his life’s work of saving, educating, and mentoring people in all areas of emergency response. Gregory worked as an EMT and EMT Instructor for Montgomery and Chester counties, later becoming a paramedic. Dedicating his life to helping others, he served with many organizations, most notably Southern Chester County Rescue, Kennett Fire Company, Trans Care, AMR and most recently as a critical care paramedic for Tower Health. He enjoyed Star Trek and Monty Python movies, was a father, grandfather, and close friend to many.
