John Crow, 36, Acadian Ambulance Service, died in the line of duty due to an ambulance accident. With an unwavering passion for helping others, he worked as an EMT and volunteered as a firefighter at Maben Fire Department, which allowed him to further serve his community. John had a strong love for the beach and the outdoors. He was athletic, playing volleyball as well as softball in the NOLA softball league. A son, brother, and uncle, he loved his family and enjoyed a special connection with his great-niece. Coworkers said John was always there to listen if you had something to talk about and was just an amazing person. With compassion, John dedicated his life to others.
