Timothy “TJ” Johnson, 56, Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department, died in the line of duty due to a medical event. Dedicated to serving and helping others, TJ would leave work and go to the fire station. He was employed by Whirley Industries for 34 years and most recently as the IT Director. Serving the community, he was an active member of the Pleasant VFD for the past 37 years and held the position of Chief. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed hunting and traveling. A beloved husband and father, TJ loved vacationing with his family and spending time with friends.
